The Aldershot Traction Bowling Club was founded in 1948 as part of the Aldershot Traction Athletics Club on Weybourne Road, next to the social club affectionately known as “the Traco”. Nearly 80 years on, the club remains at its original home.
In 2024, the club joined forces with the Farnham Croquet Club to create the Aldershot Traction Bowls and Croquet Club, sharing a lawn to offer both sports under a single membership.
